13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• INDIRECT DAMAGES; • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES; • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; • LOSS OF PROFITS; • LOSS OF DATA; • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; • DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI OUTPUTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS; OR • $100 USD.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cena Labs, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims arising out of:
• Your use of the Services; • Your User Content; • Your violation of these Terms; • Your violation of laws or third-party rights.
15. Termination
